Welcome
I have built Bloom to create a warm and welcoming space for pregnant women and mothers.

I encourage each of my clients to be gentle with themselves, and listen to the needs of their ever changing bodies.
​
I am a qualified (200hr) yinyasa instructor with a (85hr) prenatal and postnatal specialisation.
​
Yoga has helped me to reconnect with my body, strengthen my core and balance my emotions.
​
