Pre natal yoga is for those in their 2nd or 3rd trimesters who wish to nurture their mind body-connection, begin to feel more grounded and increase their confidence in navigating this intense and emotional time. These sessions will be a gradual blend of stretching, flow and breath work.
All of my sessions are private and take place in the comfort of your own home.
Post natal yoga is for those post 6 week check up who wish to nourish their relationship with their ever changing bodies. I will aim to help you regain a sense of independence, take time for yourself and cultivate your connection with your little one. These sessions involve sequences for mother and for baby.
Sessions can be entirely focussed on mum, or mum and baby.
